125th Anniversal of AIDIM Italian Maritime Law Association
On 8th November at Palazzo Grimaldi della Merdiana in Genoa, Studio Legale Mordiglia attended the symposium organized to celebrate the 125th anniversal of AIDIM (Italian Maritime Law Association).
At the presence of many professionals and colleagues of the shipping world, Pietro Palandri, newly appointed Vice President of AIDIM, opened the works as moderator of a special session of speakers as Ann Fenech, President of CMI – Comité Maritime International, Giorgio Berlingieri, President of AIDIM, Norman Martinez, Director of IMO (International Maritime Organization) and IMLI (International Maritime Law Institute) and Måns Jacobsson, Director and Chief Executive Officer of the International Oil Pollution Compensation Funds (IOPC Funds).
Marco Lopez de Gonzalo, newly confirmed President of the Genoa AIDIM Committee, closed the second and last session on “Current Issues in the Evolution of Maritime Law” with a speech on the interesting topic of Autonomous Ship.
