
Admitted to the Geneva Bar (ranked 3rd) in 2021, Lucy started to collaborate with Studio Legale Mordiglia in September 2023. Before joining the firm, Lucy worked as an attorney-at-law with Jacquemoud Stanislas in Geneva, where she focused her practice on banking and commercial law, corporate finance, bankruptcy and debt collection and shareholders’ litigation.
She also worked for a year at the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs as an advisor. In addition, she collaborated with a Swiss NGO on cases involving international crimes committed during the first civil war in Liberia and participated in criminal trials in Paris and Bellinzona.
At Studio Legale Mordiglia, Lucy is involved in the coordination committee of the digital platform “Zero Carbon Desk” for which she regularly writes contributions and articles with a focus on the EU emissions trading system. She also advises Clients on sanctions issued against Russia and assists various NGOs on administrative matters related to search and rescue operations at sea.
Lucy speaks French (native) and English and has a good command of German and Spanish. She is currently learning Italian.
